Chloe Sims has shown off her slender physique at her morning coffee wearing skimpy yellow shorts as she adjusts to the Miami lifestyle.

The 41-year-old former TOWIE star recently made his home in Florida after leaving Essex for a new life across the pond.

And it looks like she’s suited up nicely as she headed out for an iced coffee at her local Starbucks while wearing a casual yellow ensemble.

Showing off her toned abs and slim pins, Chloe opted for a lightweight crop top and comfortable cotton shorts.

She slipped her feet into a pair of white socks and fuzzy Ugg slippers as she dashed out in the morning to start her day with a caffeine kick.

Her long, caramel-colored locks were straight as a poker and cascaded to her shoulders as she walked back to her car.

It comes after a source revealed that Chloe and her siblings were paid a six-figure sum for their show, according to The Sun.

‘House of Sims’, the show that features Chloe, her two sisters Frankie, 27, Demi, 26, and her brother Charlie, 30, has already netted the family £500,000 before it airs.

Furthermore, the show has already been renewed for two more seasons.

A source told the publication: “The heads of OnlyFans TV are very confident in Chloe and her sisters Frankie, Demi and her brother Charlie.”

“They have a lot of money to spend on talent, and they understood that the family is bringing their own fan base along with them after years of being in TOWIE.
