Chloe Madeley cut a glamorous figure as she embraced her new single status during a girls' night out on Friday evening.

The fitness guru, 36, took a rare evening off from raising her daughter Bodhi, 16 months, to party the night away with a friend.

Chloe left a week after her estranged husband James Haskell made a very public rant about her and their now broken marriage on stage in front of a live audience.

But the television star brushed off her recent breakup as she enjoyed some quality time with her friends.

Chloe looked chic in a silk top as she enjoyed a drink in a bar after getting her hair and make-up done.

The personal trainer, who is Richard and Judy's daughter, then took to Instagram to share a pouting photo of herself and a friend looking slightly worse for wear.

James, 38, spoke about his marriage when he appeared in Bath last week for the last of a 17-show series of World Cup Afterparty: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly – a live version of his rugby podcast.

Joined by podcast co-hosts Mike Tindall and Alex Payne, the athlete spoke about his relationship with Chloe – who he split from in September – saying she is unreasonable, overly critical and insensitive, and dishonest in arguments.

Although James had no problem making subtle jokes to his estranged wife, the couple continued to live together while co-parenting their daughter Bodhi, 16 months.

The now exes have remained friends since their divorce before their daughter, but their appearances together in recent weeks sparked reconciliation rumors.

James joked that he hid all this money abroad to avoid having to pay out to Chloe during their divorce, before claiming that he actually had no money left for her at all because he had been called out so many times since the split.

James started the two-hour show with a rant about the divorce, addressing the audience by saying: “First of all, ladies and gentlemen, I can see some of you doing it very unsubtly – please, no taping of this show.” I'm in the papers enough at the moment!'

He continued, “Please don't film it, post it on social media. What happens now is that everything I say comes out of my mouth and into your own personal filters. And some of you may have had a difficult childhood, or be very easily offended.

“I don't want you to think about what I'm saying and think you're offended and then post it. Because I need the money because I'm about to lose half of it.

Mike then jumped in to joke, “I love that you think you're smart enough to hide your money,” while James replied, “It's just the stuff I store under the bed.” No matter how many times I've been canceled, I don't have a pot to piss into.'

Moments later, James makes up an anecdote about his friend Mike – who is married to Princess Anne's daughter Zara – apparently for the sole purpose of getting another unsubtle doll on Chloe.

He began, “Mike's personality is, as Zara told us, “annoyingly honest Mike.” He sounds like a great person, but he isn't. He comes out after eight bottles of rosé and three bottles of red wine.

After a brief pause for dramatic effect, James continued, “Sounds like my wife, actually.”

Later, James recalled a story where he had to “meet a lawyer who's a friend of mine” before adding, “He's more of a business partner now” – a reference to the large amount of time he has recently spent on divorce. lawyers.

Chloe announced in September that she and her husband of five years had split, just days after their tumultuous relationship played out on her reality series Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair.

Her father Richard Madeley, 67, said he was proud of the way the couple handled their divorce.

Chloe confirmed her split from James in a joint statement published on Instagram in October.

James shared his own statement on Instagram, adding: 'It is with great sadness that I write this post, but unfortunately in the world we live in it has to be done.

“My priority is the happiness and safety of my daughter and Chloe. For that reason I will make no further comment.”
