Chloe revealed she’s starting a new chapter in her fitness journey 19 months after giving birth, welcoming her daughter Bodhi along with her now ex-husband James Haskell
She wrote, “I had a LOT of fun preparing for fitness shoots…also had a lot of fun during and after the fitness shoots.
‘But when it started interfering with my relationship with my body, I walked away from it. That was about 3 to 4 years ago now.
‘In recent years I have worked HARD on my ‘all or nothing’ mentality and behavior.
“I still train hard (I’ve never liked working out), I eat nutritiously and am calorie conscious most of the time, I’ve gained a healthy amount of body fat and, oh yeah, I had a baby.”
Explaining how she’s felt about her body since welcoming her daughter Bodhi, she continued with her now-estranged husband James Haskell: “In the 19 months since I had Bodhi, I’ve gotten back into shape, but more in the context of the postnatal period than in the period after childbirth. something else.
‘I’ve rehabilitated my body, I’ve waited for my hormones to return to a state of homeostasis (after both pregnancy and breastfeeding), I’ve regained some muscle mass and gained some fat.
‘And I’ve been in a very nice place for a while now… But I feel the rumbling again, to do something that surprises me with my body again.
“We’ve been through so much together that now it’s starting to feel like a bit of a disservice not to do more with the old girl.”

Chloe previously revealed she felt ‘like death’ when she was in her ‘best possible shape’ as she felt pressure to maintain her physique (pictured in 2021)
Hinting at what’s to come, she concluded: “So 19 months of PP, it’s that time again… 2024 is our year.”
Chloe previously confessed she felt ‘like death’ when she was in her ‘best possible shape’ as she struggled with the pressure of maintaining her physique.
In a 2021 interview with Closer Magazine, the star opened up about maintaining her ripped figure, explaining that the time she was at her peak fitness was a “terrible period.”
Chloe revealed that being in that shape is no longer worth it and that she no longer ‘cares’ what she looks like now, as long as she is ‘fit and healthy’.
She admitted: ‘When I first started training I had all the confidence in the world, but somewhere in the middle I felt a huge amount of pressure to always look in shape because of what I do.
‘That was a terrible period, but I have become much more mature in my relationship with my body. I know how to get into ‘shredded shape,’ but I know how much work it takes and it’s not worth my entire life.”
She added: ‘If I look in the best shape possible, someone would look at me and say, oh my god, she must be so fit and healthy.’ ‘Then I feel like dying. My body fat is low, I’m tired and cranky.’
Chloe went on to describe the feeling as ‘permanent PMS all the time’, adding that people ‘didn’t realize’ how she felt when they complimented her.
Chloe and James announced their separation in October 2023, after ten years together and five years of marriage
Chloe revealed in January that her estranged husband James, with whom she shares daughter Bodhi, 17 months, is finally moving out of their home.
The couple announced their divorce in October 2023, after ten years together and five years of marriage.
Appearing on the Loose Women panel, Chloe admitted: ‘He might have to move out again in the next few weeks’, before admitting: ‘I think when you tell people your marriage has ended they see it as a negative but actually the positive.’
In her candid Loose Women appearance, in which she spoke to Kaye Adams, Katie Piper, Myleene Klass and Nadia Sawalha, Chloe said: “Once we made the decision and drew the line under it, it was done.”
About the breakup, she continued, “I think there are pillars that keep a relationship going, like love and respect. Over time, all our pillars fell apart and when that happens, there is no way to save it. We get along better now that we are no longer together romantically.
‘Since we broke up, our relationship has become very respectful and we love each other as friends.
“One of the things that was difficult was that he was away so much as a DJ, four or five nights a week, but that works for us now because I have my time alone and then he comes back and has his time with Bodhi. He should be moving again in the next few weeks.”
