She shared a collection of memories, from pregnancy to birth and beautiful moments as a family from the past year.
Captioning the post, she wrote, “My baby girl is 1. I have a baby girl. And she is 1 year old. Phrases that still feel strange to me, but the past year has been a journey and a meaning I could never have imagined myself.
“I never knew what it would feel like, and it feels like a crushing wave of pure, undiluted love on my soul and on my life, and I can’t lie, with it came A LOT of fear”
She continued, “Oh Bodhi, what have we done to be so lucky? You are the happiest, most smiling, kindest, most affectionate, adventurous, independent, funny, gentle bulldozer of a character.
“I am SO proud of you, your smile, your laugh, your stupid way of walking and your ridiculous teeth. Your crazy hair and your mental scream. The way you let me carry you through the kitchen every morning, cuddle, sing and dance and put you in a weird trance and stare blankly into space, don’t let me put you down even when daddy tries to lure you away with a football or a merry.
“You are my core, my heart, my anchor, my mind, my everything. I love you. So much. I hope you read this one day, and I hope you feel immensely, overwhelmingly loved. I hope you feel loved every day of your life. Because you are. I love you. To the ends of the earth and back. More than anything or anyone. It’s you and me. Always forever.’

The fitness fanatic hit back at mom-shamers last month when she refused to “take the high ground and keep quiet” when faced with online criticism.
Chloe explained the importance of “speaking out” when criticized online and defending herself against trolls.
To talk with The sun she admitted: ”I’m not much in favor of you having to take the high ground and keep quiet.
“I think it’s important to be an example to other people who read my stuff or look at my stuff that it’s okay to stand up for yourself and it doesn’t make you a weak person sometimes it makes you a strong, capable and self-confident person.
“You do realize that people can see this and say, ‘Why doesn’t she tie her up?’ Things like that go through your mind and you’re like “oh god, are people going to pick up on that? Are people going to criticize that?”‘
