Chinchilla shooting: Man is wounded in the back of the neck

A man has been injured in the back of the neck following a shooting in Queensland.
Emergency services were called to a property in Chinchilla, three and a half hours northwest of Brisbane, on Tuesday.
The incident happened at an address on Rodger Street at around 1.30pm.

A rescue helicopter is on its way and the man's condition is said to be serious.
A crime scene has been declared and the circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
