Paramedics are desperately helping a young child after they were involved in a horror traffic incident.
Multiple crews and a helicopter rushed to the scene just after 2.30pm on Monday afternoon to reports a child had been hit on Rosemary Row, Rathmines a suburb of Lake Macquarie in NSW’s Hunter region.
NSW Ambulance confirmed a number of road crews were responding to the incident with a helicopter also on the way.
