Dozens of peace activists sat on the steps of the Accenture Tower escalators Monday morning, preventing people from going up to work.

The demonstrators – reportedly in the hundreds – were Jewish and wore black shirts with the message Not in Our Name on them.

They also wore face masks and touted huge signs, which they hung over the building’s only three escalators on the second floor. Some called for an “end to the siege of Gaza,” while others demanded that spectators “mourn the dead.”

The procession had yet to be cleared as of 10:45 a.m. ET and comes a month after more than 1,200 people were killed and 239 taken hostage during the terror group’s attacks on several Israeli communities.
