Chelsea’s top-flight match against Arsenal has been postponed by 30 minutes after the Gunners brought the wrong color socks.
The showdown at Stamford Bridge was due to start at 7pm but it was announced there would be a short delay due to a kit clash minutes before the scheduled kick-off.
Arsenal are said to have brought white socks instead of red, resulting in a clash with Chelsea.
Both teams’ white socks as part of their home kits, but with Chelsea hosting Arsenal would have to change colours.

Arsenal is sponsored by Nike’s rival Adidas and therefore cannot display the logo of Chelsea’s kit manufacturer. Chelsea wore blue socks when they played at the Emirates in December.
In addition to teams not being allowed to wear the same color shirts, shorts and socks must also be different.
The delay forced both teams to return for a second warm-up.
The match now starts at 7:30 PM.
