This comes just three months after the couple publicly confirmed their relationship on Valentine’s Day.
Rumors have it that they are no longer together after the 24-year-old influencer deleted all pictures of him from her Instagram page.
The $89 million 26-year-old soccer player has also deleted all photos of her from his account.
She also posted a TikTok video on Wednesday showing off her new bleach blonde hair.

In the clip, she syncs to Taylor Swift’s Look What You Made Me Do as her hair changes from dark brown to blonde.
Many fans believe that her dramatic hair transformation is likely related to her and Chilwell’s breakup.
The pair officially took to Instagram three months ago when Cartia posted a photo of them kissing to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

The photo was taken in front of a fire during what appears to be a romantic getaway.
Mallan also showed off a giant bunch of pink and red roses, presumably given to her by the 26-year-old left-back.
A few days later, the Chelsea Premier League star posted a photo of him kissing his partner on the cheek in what appears to be a restaurant or bar.
He captioned the photo: “Recently” – Mallan quickly replied with her nickname for him as she commented, “I love you Benjaween.”

Despite their relationship not being made public until February, their romance was first rumored in October.
Mallan was seen wearing her husband’s plaid shirt as they partied at a nightclub in Dubai in footage posted to the Instagram page of one of the footballer friends.
In a separate clip, the Australian was also seen admitting to being nervous while dressing up for a date with the star.
And when Mallan shared a video of her new life in London in October shortly after moving to the English capital, fans pointed out that she visited Chilwell’s house in Leicester for a private dinner, where the football star treated them to homemade cocktails.
Chilwell was previously in a relationship with Scott Disick’s ex-model Holly Scarfone.
The pair were spotted holding hands at popular Los Angeles restaurant Nice Guy in June before taking the party to local nightclub Bootsy Bellows.
