Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech ‘offers himself to Barcelona’ as the underdog Moroccan international fears the club’s busy spending spree in January will knock him further down the pecking order.
Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech has reportedly offered himself up in a move to Barcelona.
The Moroccan international has started just five games in all competitions for Chelsea so far this season.
Their chances appear to be further limited thanks to the Blues’ busy January transfer window in which they have signed six players.

According to SportZiyech wants out of Stamford Bridge as he fears he will drop further down the pecking order.
He also feels he can come to Camp Nou and replace Memphis Depay, who completed a £2.6m move to Atletico Madrid.
Before the January window, there was already a lot of competition in the Chelsea squad with Raheem Sterling, Mason Mount and Christian Pulisic all fighting for starters.
Chelsea’s sixth window signing came in the form of £26m Noni Madueke from PSV.

Madueke plays in the same position as Ziyech, while Chelsea also brought in further attacking reinforcements in Shakhtar Donetsk’s Mykhailo Mudryk for £88m and Joao Félix on loan from Atlético Madrid.
Sport claimed Barcelona already had Ziyech on their roster last year before opting to sign Ferran Torres and Adama Traore on loan.
Since joining Chelsea for £33m in 2020, Ziyech has made 97 appearances for the club, scoring 14 goals and 11 assists.
Ziyech believes he can replace Memphis Depay, who left Barcelona to join Atletico Madrid.
However, this season, he has only played nine games in the Premier League, although six of those have come from the bench.
Ziyech had received offers in the summer and after his good performances for Morocco in the World Cup, it is believed that there will be more teams knocking on his door.
