Chelsea refuses Joao Felix has shared photos of his holiday antics just hours after discovering he wouldn’t be returning to west London.
The Portugal international spent half of the 2022-23 season on loan at Chelsea after The Blues signed him from Atletico Madrid for six months.
There was optimism among supporters that the 23-year-old would join them permanently after a series of impressive performances.
However, Mail Sport revealed on Tuesday that Felix was one of 15 Chelsea players new boss Mauricio Pochettino has said could leave the club.
And in the wake of the news, Felix seemed to prove he was unbothered by the matter when he shared a laid-back snap from his vacations.

The Portuguese star shared an image on his Instagram story on Wednesday morning showing him standing on a yacht in Ibiza.
There were no captions accompanying the image, but given that he posted shortly after news broke that he would not be returning, it could be suggested that the two are linked.
It was confirmed that Felix became the first victim of Chelsea’s planned eviction under Mauricio Pochettino, which could stretch into double digits.
Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo confirmed that on Tuesday Felix will not extend his stay at Stamford Bridge since he is not in Pochettino’s plans.
Cerezo said, “We don’t know for 24 hours. The Chelsea manager is not counting on him.
“He’ll be back when his loan ends and we’ll see what happens. We have nothing planned, but he is an Atletico Madrid player.’
Felix had also shared a larger collection of photos of his Ibiza escapades the day before, but it has yet to be revealed if he knew of his fate at the time.
Felix joined Chelsea in January on a half-season loan for around £9 million in a deal that did not include an option to buy.
While he has shown his undisputed talent, his finished product has been modest with just four goals in 20 appearances.

Chelsea are prioritizing reducing their squad this summer, which has grown to more than 30 players after splurging in this season’s two transfer windows.
The club hopes more than 10 players will help to make the situation more manageable for Pochettino, who is coming to England this week to prepare for his new job.
He officially starts on July 1 after signing an initial two-year contract with Chelsea.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic, Edouard Mendy and Callum Hudson-Odoi are expected to leave, while the futures of Kalidou Koulibaly, Cesar Azpilicueta and N’Golo Kante are unclear.
