Chelsea are considering rekindling their interest in Everton’s Anthony Gordon.
The Blues made several attempts to sign the 21-year-old in the summer, but the Merseyside club held out and managed to retain their man.
According to The TelegraphHowever, Chelsea are set to continue their big spending in January and are looking for a double whammy for Gordon and Amadou Onana as the crisis continues at Everton amid the sacking of Frank Lampard.

Gordon clashed with fans after Everton’s 2-1 defeat against Southampton last weekend and is expected to leave the club before next week’s transfer deadline.
A move to Chelsea could result in Gordon returning to Everton on loan for the rest of the season, but Newcastle are also keeping an eye on the winger.
Hakim Ziyech could head the other way, but the Blues are said to be well aware of Everton’s financial woes and could swoop in to land Onana, who also joined Everton in the summer.
