A lucky Australian has won a $50 million Oz Lotto jackpot… but little do they know they’ve already won the big prize.
The new multi-millionaire, from south-east Queensland, bought his ticket online and matched all seven numbers. They have so far not responded to calls from lottery officials.
The winning numbers were 1, 2, 4, 18, 28, 37 and 47, with additional numbers 11, 24 and 27.

“If you see a number of missed calls on your phone, you could be the winner we’re trying to reach,” The Lott spokesman Matt Hart said.
‘You may not think it’s possible that you could be the Division 1 winner we’re looking for, but if you bought an online entry into this week’s Oz Lotto draw that you haven’t checked yet, you’re making a chance.
‘We urge all Oz Lotto players to check their entries as soon as possible.’
It comes a week after a woman took home a $20 million Powerball prize despite initially thinking she had only won $20,000.

“I looked at (the ticket) and then ran to my family and said, ‘I won $20,000!'” the woman from Gladstone, New South Wales, told The Lott officials.
“They looked at it and then looked at me and said, ‘No, you haven’t. You won $20 million!’
The woman said she would have been happy if she had won a $20,000 prize, but now finds herself “in fairyland” because of the life-changing win.
“I still can’t believe it,” she said. “I keep thinking I’m going to wake up and be back to reality.”
She burst into tears when asked what she would do with the huge prize. She told lottery officials that she had been waiting for “one of (their) calls” for years.
She plans to buy a house and travel the world with her winnings.
