If you’re finding ChatGPT a little less chatty than usual these days, you’re not alone: the service is experiencing an outage that affects the web version, the mobile app, and the new Mac app.
Reports of the ChatGPT issues first started around 2:30am ET / 7:30am BDT / 4:30pm AEST, and OpenAI has now acknowledged that there is a problem. The companies status page says “ChatGPT is not available for some users” and that “we are currently investigating the issue.”
