Chase Chrisley jailed on battery charge for alleged assault at Atlanta sports bar

Chase Chrisley was reportedly jailed Thursday on a battery charge for an alleged assault at a bar in Atlanta, Georgia, three days earlier.

The 28-year-old Chrisley Knows Best star is accused of punching the manager of a Twin Peaks restaurant and sports bar on Monday.

A police report shows that officers responded to a 911 call from the restaurant — known for its waitresses in revealing outfits — around 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

According to the report, the general manager then told police that he had been attacked by Chrisley, but the reality star had already left by the time police arrived.

Now it has emerged that he was reportedly taken into custody at the Fulton County Jail on Thursday, where his mugshot was allegedly taken.

He was reportedly booked on a misdemeanor charge before being released on a $10,000 bond, according to TMZ.

According to the manager, Chrisley became ‘very drunk’ during his time at the bar and was ‘disrespectful and combative’ towards staff and customers.

The manager said he told Chrisley to leave the bar several times, but he stayed put and started getting even angrier.

Minutes after the last attempt to throw him out, Chrisley allegedly punched the manager twice in the face.

The alleged blows do not appear to have been harmful, as the general manager declined an offer of medical attention and stated that he was not injured.

However, he still filed a report for ‘simple assault’, pointing the finger at Chrisley.

It is unclear whether the manager knew Chrisley was appearing on his family’s popular reality series before the alleged incident, but the report states that he told police that “one of his employees told him that Mr. Chrisley is a well-known celebrity.” ‘

So far, neither Chase nor his family have commented on the alleged attack.

The legal bummer comes after Chrisley’s former fiancée Emmy Medders appeared to debut her new relationship with rugby player Christian Dyer when she posted a photo of the two embracing in front of a Christmas tree to her Instagram Stories on New Year’s Day.

The legal bummer comes after Chrisley’s former fiancée Emmy Medders appeared to debut her new relationship with rugby player Christian Dyer when she posted a photo of the two to her Instagram Stories on New Year’s Day.

The two ended their engagement in July 2023, and Chrisley later shared that they were dating Jodi Laine Fournerat in November 2023.

Chrisley announced in a statement on Instagram in July 2023 that he and Medders had ended their engagement and gone their separate ways.

“Everyone has been asking a lot of questions about Emmy and myself,” Chrisley wrote in his Instagram Stories. ‘We have both agreed to part ways and move on with our lives separately. Thank you for respecting our privacy.’

The split came about three years after Chrisley and Medders became Instagram official in July 2020.

However, it was a rocky relationship, and the two broke up in 2021, only to reunite in the spring of 2022.

Chase popped the question in October of that year, but the relationship lasted less than a year before they broke up.

Chrisley later said they started dating Jodi Laine Fournerat in November 2023.
