Charlotte Dawson puts on an animated display in sequinned scarlet trousers as she enjoys a Christmas Eve night out with mum Tracy

Charlotte Dawson looked in good spirits as she enjoyed a festive night out with mum Tracy on Christmas Eve.

The pair beamed widely as they headed out for a night out in Blackpool at the White Tower Restaurant and Bar, after Charlotte finished her pantomime performance.

The reality star, 31, played Fortulicious in the festive production of Beauty and the Beast and rounded off her stint in style as she left the theater in striking scarlet sequin trousers.

She paired the garment with a turtleneck sweater and a cream-colored coat.

Charlotte completed her look with a small silver handbag and Perspex heels, which she showed off by playfully kicking her leg up for her mother to wear.

Looking equally chic as she opted for a classic all-black look, Tracy showed her appreciation for her daughter's panto stint by bringing her flowers.

The night out comes after Charlotte told how it was 'heartbreaking' to see her five-month-old son Jude 'hooked up to machines' as he almost died from RSV bronchitis.

The former Ex On The Beach star had to rush her son to hospital in October, just a few months after he was born, after the illness was first dismissed as a cold.

He was then put on oxygen for six days after struggling to breathe and changing colour, when doctors told her he 'would have died' if he had come in a day later.

She has now spoken Closer about the “scary experience” that she says “put everything into perspective,” calling Jude her “little miracle.”

The star said: 'It was so scary. He wasn't eating and his breathing slowed and he couldn't catch his breath. Suddenly the color inside him changed, he really turned gray.

“They saw him and immediately said, 'Thank God you brought him in now because he would have died if it had been 24 hours later.' I was in total shock.

'When he was hooked up to the machines it was heartbreaking. It made me realize what life is about and put everything into perspective. If something were to happen to Jude, I don't know what I would have done. He is our little miracle.”

During the hospital stay in October, she talked about how grateful she was that she had trusted her instincts after an initial doctor turned them away because she thought it was just a cold.

According to the NHSBronchiolitis is caused by a viral infection, most commonly respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).

RSV is very common and spreads easily through coughing and sneezing. Almost all children have had it by the time they are two.

Charlotte welcomed her second son, Jude, with rugby player fiance Matt Sarsfield at the end of July, and they also share son Noah, who turned two in January.
