She will be giving birth to her first child with boyfriend Jake Ankers any time now.

And Charlotte Crosby enjoyed her last date night with her beauty at Hutong at The Shard on Wednesday night before welcoming her little one.

The Geordie Shore star, 32, showed off her blossoming baby bump in a stylish light blue dress as she sat on Jake’s knee for a photo of a sweet couple.

She completed her look with nude heels and wore her honey colored locks in a bouncy blow dryer while opting for a glamorous makeup look.

“OUR VERY LAST DATE NIGHT BEFORE PARENTING,” Charlotte captioned the message. ‘May I please have appreciation for the heels.

’39 weeks and literally still on her heels. What a wonderful surprise, thank you Jake for everything. I love you so much.

Out and about: ‘OUR LAST DATE NIGHT BEFORE PARENTING’, Charlotte writes with the message. “May I please appreciate the heels!”

‘Ready for this next adventure/chapter with you and our baba! We will be the small A-team with such a great man by our side.’

Charlotte added on her Instagram Story: ‘We’re on our last date night and it’s so romantic.

“It literally feels like we are just minutes away from our daughter, all our friends and family have been trying to guess the weight.”

It comes after Charlotte revealed last month that she plans to welcome her baby by cesarean section during a natural birth, as her ectopic pregnancy in 2016 left her with PTSD.

The reality star told new! magazine: “I was never really keen on pushing a baby out of my vagina. I’m too scared of a natural birth.

“There’s always been something scary about me and when I had the ectopic pregnancy [in 2016] it scared me even more.

“Because I went through that horrible time when I almost died, I know how things can go horribly wrong.”

Charlotte recently admitted that she has not forgiven ex Gary Beadle after going through the ectopic pregnancy alone while he was filming Ex On The Beach.

In 2016, while the television personality was going through the traumatic experience, Gary, now 34, was in Thailand to film the reality show where he slept with Jemma Lucy and also had a threesome.

As a result of the ectopic pregnancy, Charlotte’s fallopian tube had ruptured and toxins entered her body.

Charlotte is just weeks away from the birth of her first child with boyfriend Jake.

Jake and Charlotte decided to try to conceive in December last year, not long after they started dating.

In her Charlotte Crosby Always On podcast, she said, “At this age, there’s really not much time to waste. January came around and I got my period and it was a really sad day. I just cried, I cried and cried in the toilet. I told Jake and he was really devastated.”

The couple then decided to stop trying, realizing that it was soon in their romance to welcome a child, and bought ovulation sticks to avoid having sex on her fertile days.

But in February, on Valentine’s Day, Charlotte thought it odd when she wasn’t in the mood to drink or have sex during a surprisingly romantic getaway to a swanky London hotel. And then her period was late.

Charlotte recalled, “Look, I was pregnant. Of course I was overjoyed, but I was shocked and scared. I was like ‘uh oh’ and panicked.

‘Am I a good mother? My whole body is about to change. Is my whole life about to change? Will this change our relationship? All my freedom is gone, my life is gone… Suddenly I’m going crazy.’

WHAT IS AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY?

An ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilized egg implants itself outside the uterus, usually in one of the fallopian tubes.

The fallopian tubes are the tubes that connect the ovaries to the uterus. If an egg gets stuck in it, it won’t develop into a baby.

In the UK, about one in 90 pregnancies is ectopic. This is about 11,000 pregnancies per year.

An ectopic pregnancy does not always cause symptoms and can only be detected during a routine pregnancy scan.

Symptoms can be a combination of:

  • a missed period and other signs of pregnancy
  • abdominal pain low down on 1 side
  • vaginal bleeding or a brown watery discharge
  • pain in the tip of your shoulder
  • discomfort when urinating or defecating

Symptoms of a fallopian tube that ruptures or bursts open include:

  • a sharp, sudden and intense pain in your abdomen
  • very dizzy, sick or faint
  • looks very pale

This is very serious and surgery to repair the fallopian tube should be performed as soon as possible.

A fracture can be life-threatening, but luckily they are uncommon and treatable if treated promptly. Fracture deaths are extremely rare in the UK.
