Charlotte Crosby is preparing to say goodbye to her chubby pout after eight years of lip fillers.

The former Geordie Shore star, 32, took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday to admit she never thought she would ‘see the day’ when she would opt for a more natural look after first getting her lips tweaked in 2014 .

Charlotte, who welcomed daughter Alba Jean last month, made the revelation just a year after Channel 5 made a documentary about her changing appearance following complaints.

Charlotte put the words in a snap, writing, “I’m just saying…I’m letting my lips dissolve.”

“Never thought I’d see the day I’d say that. But it happens’.

Fillers are dissolved with injections of hyaluronida to break it down, speeding up the dissolution process that would take place over time.

Charlotte previously struck out after being criticized for surgery, Botox and lip filler in a now-infamous 2021 Channel 5 documentary.

“If I got a pound for every time someone told me my lips were too big, you know what, I’d be making money,” she told the Values and Vibrators podcast.

The channel removed the documentary from its streaming service after receiving 7,000 complaints to Ofcom.

The program criticized her “plastic face” and “duck lips,” which came after Charlotte had been targeted by trolls for years because of her appearance.

MailOnline contacted representatives from Channel 5 and Ofcom for comment at the time.

Last week, Charlotte took to social media to pay tribute to her “little grandma” Jean, who has passed away.

The television personality said she was “heartbroken” after the death of her “brave” grandparent, sharing a sweet video montage.

It comes after she welcomed her first child, Alba Jean, into the world via caesarean section last month, whom she named after her relative.

In the caption, she wrote, “My little grandma Jean. A broken heart is nowhere near how I feel. The love of my life and the light of my life.

“From a little girl to now I have adored every inch of you. My brave strong grandma. My beautiful grandmother.

“You were there when I came into this world and I was there when you took your last breath and left.

“I don’t think my world will ever be the same without you. I named my daughter after you Grandma for a reason. I don’t think you’ll ever really know how much I loved and adored you and still do.

“So many memories and this video is just a glimpse of them and it’s where I can watch and relive them constantly, it’s where I can visit you whenever I want.

“What I would give for one more day, one more hour even with you. I miss you grandma. I hope to see you again one day, because I’m already longing to hear you say “hello my dear” when I come in to see you.

“Please hold tight to your loved ones, because life is really precious.”

It comes after Charlotte raised concerns among fans when she asked them to pray for Jean during a recent trip to the hospital to see her relative.

The reason for her treatment was not disclosed, but she did write: Another ride to the hospital. I kind of feel like I spent more time in hospitals this year than in my own home. Please say a prayer for my little grandma today [crying emoji].’

She took to Instagram earlier this month to share her first toddler video as she settled into life as a new mom.

The reality star tenderly shows off her baby daughter’s tiny hands and feet, declaring them “details she’ll always remember.”

The Geordie Shore star also lovingly ran her hand over her daughter’s dark hair as she made the most of every moment since her arrival last month.

Baby Alba was dressed in a striped baby bodysuit and Charlotte chose not to show her face to the camera.

She captioned the sweet clip: “Love you so much Alba Jeanie.”
