Charlie Sheen’s rarely seen twins support troubled mom Brooke Mueller after Matthew Perry investigation

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife #3 Brooke Mueller posed for a rare photo with their 15-year-old twin sons Bob and Max during her 47th birthday party in Beverly Hills on Saturday.

“I’m so thankful for my kids,” Brooke enthused during the festivities at the home of her mother Moira Fiore and stepfather Jon Fiore.

Mueller wore a white lace mini dress with matching peep-toe platforms to the party.

Earlier this month, it was reported that the retired actress was being questioned by the LAPD about her past with ex-boyfriend Matthew Perry as part of the investigation into his October 28 death. However, she was not among those charged in connection with his fatal ketamine overdose.

Several people were arrested on Thursday in connection with Perry’s death, including Jasveen Sangha, also known as “The Ketamine Queen,” and Erik Fleming.

In March, authorities obtained a search warrant for Brooke’s home in connection with Perry’s death and seized Brooke’s computer and phone, TMZ reported.

Mueller was in rehab at the time.

The site claimed in a new report that Brooke once spent time in rehab with Matthew. It was the same place and at the same time that Sangha and Fleming were there, the site claimed.

Jasveen was arrested on Thursday in connection with Matthew’s death.

Fleming, who made a deal and pleaded guilty to two charges, was a drug dealer who delivered the ketamine from Sangha’s stash to Perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, the site reports.

On Thursday, Perry’s personal assistant pleaded guilty to charges related to the actor’s death.

Iwamasa pleaded guilty to one charge: conspiracy to distribute ketamine resulting in death.

The Justice Department accuses Iwamasa of injecting the actor with ketamine “repeatedly” “without medical training,” including on the day Perry died.

Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing on Friends, in which he starred alongside Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox, died from the “acute effects of ketamine.”

The autopsy report also listed drowning, coronary artery disease and buprenorphine use as contributing factors to his death.

It was Matthew who first introduced Brooke to her ex-husband Charlie Sheen at a party at his house after the two briefly dated more than 20 years ago.

Mueller and the 58-year-old Emmy nominee ended their two-year marriage in 2011, and in January he was granted an emergency petition stating that he would “immediately” assume “full legal custody” of Max and Bob if she failed a drug test.

The court order states: “Brooke must submit to drug and alcohol testing (1) as frequently as required by her probation officer, (2) within 24 hours of a written request (by email or text message) from Charlie or his attorney, and (3) for any reason, a minimum of once per week.”

Charlie’s legal documents also explicitly state that Mueller’s “guardianship/visitation rights are immediately terminated upon a positive test” and that “any ‘missed test will be considered a positive test.'”

Brooke must also provide Sheen’s attorney with the “names, addresses and telephone numbers of all of her regular, historical sources of narcotics.”
