Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller claims she is ‘a victim of extortion’.
Law enforcement sources report this TMZ that the 47-year-old actress claims she is being ‘blackmailed’ by her former drug dealer, who claims to have videos of her ‘buying drugs’ and performing other ‘compromising’ actions.
According to the newspaper, the mother of two claims her former dealer threatened to make videos of her public “to ruin her if she didn’t pay him off.”
Although Mueller insists she gave him no money, law enforcement insiders said that “Brooke had already tried to keep him quiet with gifts and money,” reportedly totaling tens of thousands of dollars.
After months of back and forth, Mueller finally made the decision to seek help from authorities.

At this time, no arrests have been made in the investigation, which is ongoing.
In September, Mueller revealed that she was celebrating nine months of sobriety.
She was previously married to Sheen, the father of her 15-year-old twins Bob and Max, between 2008 and 2011.
Mueller was recently involved in the law enforcement investigation that led to five arrests last month in connection with the fatal overdose of actor Matthew Perry.
Mueller ‘aided in the police investigation’ into Perry’s death last October, TMZ reported this on Wednesday, as she was linked to both Jasveen Sangha, 41, and Erik Fleming, 54.
Both were arrested in connection with Perry’s death last October, as prosecutors said Sangha – nicknamed “The Ketamine Queen” – sold Perry the drugs that killed him, and that Fleming brought them to him.
The Ellenville, New York-born actress is mother to twin sons Bob and Max Sheen, 15, and the Two and a Half Men alum, 58, to whom she was married from 2008 to 2011.
Mueller had once been in rehab in the Los Angeles area with both Sangha and Friends star Perry, who was 54 at the time of his death on October 28, 2023.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the actress, 47, claims she is being “blackmailed by her former drug dealer, who claims to have videos of her buying drugs and other compromising actions” (seen in 2019).
In legal documents reviewed by the APProsecutors said Sangha distributed substances such as ketamine from her home in North Hollywood, California, including the drugs that led to Perry’s death.
She has been charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute ketamine, and five counts of distribution of ketamine. .
Sangha – who faces 10 years to life in prison if convicted – entered a not guilty plea to the charges, but a magistrate judge said she should remain in custody.
Mueller and Fleming were “super close” to each other, the outlet reported, and she had also been “extremely close” to Perry for years and met Sheen at one of Perry’s parties.
Fleming, 54, who was a friend of Perry, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death.
Prosecutors said Fleming would buy ketamine from Sangha and give it to Perry’s live-in personal assistant Kenneth Iwamasa.

Fleming — who faces up to 25 years in prison — delivered 50 vials of ketamine for Perry’s use, 25 of them four days before the actor’s death, prosecutors said.
Mueller’s phone and computer were seized last March by authorities investigating Perry’s death while she was in rehab, TMZ reported.
Authorities were successful in obtaining a search warrant for Mueller’s property last spring after proving probable cause of foul play in court, the outlet reported.
Mueller has not been arrested in connection with the case, TMZ reported, with an insider telling the newspaper that she did not testify before a grand jury and was not granted immunity before speaking to police.
Mueller “cooperated with authorities and assisted their investigation,” a source told the newspaper, noting that the information she provided led to Fleming’s indictment.
The three other people arrested earlier this month in connection with Perry’s death include 59-year-old Iwamasa, who has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death and a prison sentence of up to 15 years can get.
