Charlie Sheen’s daughter Sami, 20, reveals she’s undergone her ‘dream’ nose job less than a year after getting breast implants

Sami Sheen has undergone another plastic surgery procedure, less than a year after going under the knife for breast augmentation.

Sami, 20, the daughter of actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, announced on Tuesday that she has had a nose job.

The OnlyFans model was treated by Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar, opting for his signature Scarless Nose Rhinoplasty procedure.

The procedure is known for its subtlety and minimal recovery time compared to some traditional nose surgeries.

“I’m so happy I finally did this!” Sami enthused on TikTok. “Thank you for everything @deepakdugarmd you are truly the best surgeon out there!”

Sami also confessed that she had been wanting to get her nose done for five years.

“I had to Photoshop every picture I took because they looked horrible,” she wrote.

“It hangs so loosely and is too big for my face,” she continued.

Sami said she met with several surgeons before choosing Dr. Dugar for the procedure, which she had performed on August 12.

“I was so nervous, but also so excited at the same time,” she wrote.

‘I’ve only been recovering for two days, but I already feel like a completely different woman and I’m so happy that I finally have the nose of my dreams.’

Sami, who currently works as a creator for OnlyFans, had her first breast augmentation last year.

“She spent almost $10,000 on a new rack but just wanted to make it bigger,” she wrote on TikTok earlier this year.

Although Sami reportedly earns as much as $80,000 a month from minimal appearances on OnlyFans, her job is an ongoing point of contention between her and her famous parents.

The Los Angeles resident’s decision to call herself a “sex worker” online is also troubling for Charlie and her mother.

A source told People that “it’s causing a lot of drama,” despite Denise (52) knowing her daughter “is not a sex worker.”

“She just says outrageous things. She doesn’t even show her skin on OnlyFans,” the insider said.

So she makes $80,000 a month, does almost nothing, and barely shows anything.

“She’s just teasing the audience.”

The source noted that Sami “actually didn’t show any nudity at all” and “just turned people on by saying that.”

Sami will soon be seen on the small screen, alongside her mother Denise and her God-fearing sister Lola, in E!’s new reality series Denise Richards and the Wild Things.

The series is executive produced by 32 Flavors’ Alex Baskin, who previously worked with Denise on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
