The daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards has been spotted with Liev on a few public outings in the past.
Last October, the two headed out for dinner at famous hotspot Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.
He also occasionally appeared on her Instagram feed. Earlier this year, she shared an adorable black and white photo taken from behind the couple as they held hands.
During a recent interview with Rush in October, Sami said her boyfriend is “very, very, very supportive” of her OnlyFans work, adding that he “helps me so much with all my content.”
Her anniversary celebration comes shortly after Sami revealed she had successfully undergone breast augmentation.
The star first revealed her plans to undergo the procedure in June, and in September she took to TikTok to reveal that she had to quit vaping before the surgery.

And earlier this month it looked like the media influencer was able to shake the habit when she revealed she’d had the procedure.

In October, Sami’s mother also revealed to Bustle that she tried to get the model to change her mind about the surgery.
“I’m trying to talk her out of it because, and the reason I’m talking her out of it is because I didn’t know how toxic [they are] when I was 19. And it is not an easy operation. It is painful!’
Sani told the outlet that having bigger breasts was something she had wanted for years.
