The 19-year-old daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards has revealed her struggles to quit vaping ahead of her breast augmentation surgery after admitting she hasn’t gone a “single day” without nicotine in five years.
Los Angeles’ Sami Sheen turned to TikTok to explain to him more than 95,600 followers that she must be nicotine-free for a month before her procedure scheduled in two months.
Smoking can increase the complication rate of breast surgeries by 40 to 60 percent, according to Minnesota Twin Cities Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Joe Gryskiewicz writes that risks include problems with anesthesia and higher risks of infections of the lungs and incisions.
Sami Sheen, 19, revealed his struggles with nicotine addiction and begged his fans to help him quit. She admitted that she hasn’t gone a day without vaping in five years.
“Also, smokers tend to cough more often. And when they cough, the pressure in their veins increases. In turn, this could cause bleeding after the operation,” he added.
In one of her latest videos, Only Fans model Sami said she has been vaping for five years and has tried to break the habit “several times”, adding: “It’s really fucking hard.”
Sitting in her car, her blonde hair pulled back and her eyebrows bleached, Sami, worried, begins the clip: “So I’ve never talked about this on social media for a good reason, because I like to keep my life private and people are very judgmental.” and I already think I’m a fucking loser.
Ultimately, she said she made the decision to speak out about her nicotine addiction because she thought “a lot of people” were going through the same thing as her.
“Basically, I’ve been vaping for five years now, I’ve been addicted to nicotine for five fucking years,” Sami explained, adding that she even ordered a book to try to help her kick her addiction .
“Have I started reading it?” No because I don’t want to stop. I actually want to quit because I know I’m going to be much healthier and live longer because of it, but I just don’t want to deal with it, I’ve just been putting it off.
But Sami said now is the time for her to grit her teeth because of her upcoming breast augmentation surgery.
“I have absolutely no choice, I have to stop soon. I’m going to get my boobs done in two months and I have to be nicotine-free for a month before then,” she said with a look of disbelief.
She said she was looking to quit now because she was having breast augmentation surgery and that required her to not use nicotine for a month beforehand.
Sami is the eldest daughter of Charlie and Denise. The couple are also the parents of Sami’s sister, Lola Rose.
“I already have anxiety, okay? I haven’t gone a single day in the last five years without this bastard,” she continued, holding up her vape at the camera.
“I think getting a boob job will honestly save my life because it forces me to stop doing it, so at least we have that.”
Sami said she was “freaking out” and was so terrified of quitting that she even considered postponing her surgery before begging viewers to share their best tips for quitting vaping.
“I’m really afraid to try chewing gum. I don’t want to throw up, I’m also afraid of throwing up. I suffer from emetophobia, okay? she said, using the term to describe the fear of vomiting.
“And I know a lot of people who quit, you know…” Sami added, miming the act of vomiting with his hands, continuing: “It’s their body’s way of purging itself of nicotine. I don’t want to do that. It’s also one of the main reasons why I haven’t stopped.
“I’ve tried pacifiers, life rings and little fidget toys before, none of them worked.”
Sami went on to say that she even tried to hire a hypnotist, but “they never responded.”

Once again, she begged fans to let her know what worked best for those who quit nicotine with the fewest withdrawal symptoms.
“I don’t know how I’m going to live without this thing. It’s really sad, my whole life revolves around this. I’ve been dependent on it for so long…like my peak growth stages in life depend on nicotine, which is really bad,” Sami added.
Before ending the video, she concludes: “Please help me. »

Even though electronic cigarettes are less harmful than regular cigarettes, CDC said that doesn’t mean they aren’t harmless.
“It may contain harmful and potentially harmful substances, including nicotine, heavy metals such as lead, volatile organic compounds and carcinogens,” the center explained.
Sami went on to say that she even tried to seek help from a hypnotist, but “they never texted back.”
Although some use it to help them quit smoking, there is “insufficient” evidence to support this idea.
“A recent CDC study found that many adults use e-cigarettes in an attempt to quit smoking,” the center said.
“However, most adult e-cigarette users do not quit smoking and continue to use both products (known as “dual use”).
“Dual use is not an effective way to protect your health, whether you use e-cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, or other tobacco products in addition to regular cigarettes.”
“Since smoking even a few cigarettes a day can be dangerous, it is very important to stop smoking completely to protect your health.”
Vapes are the most commonly used tobacco product among young people in the United States, with 2022 statistics showing that 2.55 million middle and high school students had used e-cigarettes in the past 30 days.
In 2019, Sami’s father Charlie exclusively shared with DailyMailTV that he was launching his own line of cannabis vapes called Sheenius.
At the time, the then-newly sober actor said the irony of Hollywood’s wild man stripping and then launching a line of cannabis was not lost on him.
Charlie – who starred in the hit films Wall Street, Platoon and Major League – said he was inspired to launch a cannabis line after his business partners told him other producers were profiting off his famous name .
“They said, you know, we see your name so ingrained in the marijuana industry. And it’s all basically pirated, I’ve never made a penny from it. It didn’t seem right,” he said.
