Channel Nine’s James Bracey has jokingly hinted at problems brewing between his ‘work wife’ Allison Langdon and his real-life wife Margot.
The 39-year-old sports presenter took to his Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share the moment his co-host Allison, 45, met his wife Margot in Paris.
He joked about the ‘problems’ between the two in the humorous post in which he shared a snap of them at the Channel Nine studio in Paris on the occasion of the 2024 Olympic Games.
As the pair sat front and center on the panel, James joked, “Working woman + real woman = Le trouble.”
James is best known for his sports presenting role on Nine News Sydney from Sunday to Thursday, after succeeding Cameron Williams in 2022.
In recent weeks he has been busy in Paris, where he reported on the 2024 Olympic Games together with the Nine presentation team.
James is making the most of the trip as his wife Margot, with whom he has children Tilly and Abby, has joined him in France, having flown in from their home in Sydney.
Together with Ally, who is married to Michael Willesee Jr., Karl Stefanovic and Sarah Abo, he is in the French capital to report on the latest developments.

This comes after Karl, 49, recently caused a stir by brazenly calling the French “rude, arrogant and sexually bizarre” while in Paris to cover the Olympics.
“The French are weirdos. The French are complete weirdos. We all know that,” he told The Kyle and Jackie O Show. “It’s a strange country, sexually.”
Jackie ‘O’ Henderson then asked Karl if he had tried speaking French with the locals, to which the presenter gave a brief reply.
“You know what? I don’t try anymore. I don’t really like them,” he said.
“They’re so rude. Oh, they’re really into themselves… they’re arrogant. They do make a good burger. I like the burgers and stuff here.”
Eddie McGuire, who is also currently in Paris, however, strongly disagreed with Karl’s scathing review, saying his position is the exact opposite.
“I loved the atmosphere, the people were great, the food was delicious and the drivers were welcoming,” he told Adelaide Now.
“I can’t wait to get to the end so I can drink some fantastic French wines. Shopping, sightseeing, history, fashion (is) inspiring,” he continued.
‘Beautiful exhibitions of Rodin and Picasso, shops and fashion, really beautiful.
“The games were inspiring and ambitious. It’s everything I hoped Paris would be. I love it, I love Paris, Viva La France.”
