Channel 10 announces premiere date for The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition as A-list cast line-up confirmed
The much-hyped Celebrity Edition of The Amazing Race Australia premieres on Channel 10 on Wednesday, October 4 at 7:30pm on 10 and 10 Play.
The upcoming series will once again be hosted by Beau Ryan and will feature a star-studded cast including media personality Grant Denyer, 46, and his wife Chezzi, 43.
The couple will race against ten other teams in India, Malaysia, Cambodia and Borneo in the hope of winning $100,000, which will be donated to their chosen charity.
The high-profile couple have selected mental health charity Lifeline Australia.
Former Yellow Wiggle Emma Watkins and her sister Hayley are also joining the cast.
The Celebrity Edition of The Amazing Race Australia, hosted by Beau Ryan (pictured), premieres on Channel 10 on Wednesday 4 October at 7.30pm on 10 and 10 Play.
Emma, who launched a new children’s entertainment franchise last year with her character ‘Emma Memma’, will be racing on behalf of the Leonie Jackson Memorial Fund.
The charity focuses on supporting education and services for deaf and hard of hearing children.
Former Silverchair drummer Ben Gillies is also in the race this season, joined by his wife, former Real Housewives of Melbourne star Jackie Gillies.

The pair, parents of two boys, will win on behalf of the Moira Kelly Creating Hope Foundation, a charity for needy and sick children.
Meanwhile, Bec Judd and her sister Kate Twigley have joined the real-life adventure series.
The glamorous wife of former AFL star Chris Judd and her sibling will race on behalf of a foundation set up by their dear friend Nicole Cooper, who lost her battle with bowel cancer earlier this year.

Reality show regular George Mladenov also competes alongside his sister Pamela Mladenov.
George, who appeared on two seasons of Survivor, has announced he and his younger sibling will raise money for the Blacktown Women’s Health Center in Sydney’s west.
Other famous cast members include I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Australian star Alli Simpson and her mother Angie race for Dementia Australia.

Meanwhile, comedian Dan Simpson and his father Bow are raising money for Darugal Elders in Wolgan.
Funnyman Peter Rowsthorn and his daughter Frankie are competing for the All Stars for Autism Charity, while Too Hot to Handle star Harry Jowsey and his best friend Teddy Briggs want to support Beyond Blue.
The Voice’s Darren McMullen and his cousin Tristan Douganfor will also race this season and raise money for Feel the Magic, an organization that provides support to children who have lost their parents.
