Last month she underwent breast lift surgery following her nine stone weight loss.
And Chanelle Hayes showed off the results when she stripped down to a swimsuit for an Instagram video on Thursday.
The 36-year-old Big Brother star, who dropped from 17 pounds to 9 pounds after stomach surgery in 2020, has always been candid with her fans, so also took the moment to proudly show off her “cellulite and wobbly fans.”
Dressed in a plunging black swimsuit, the mother-of-two wiggled her arms and twisted as she danced around at Titanic Spa in Huddersfield.
She captioned the clip, “Y’all know I like to keep it real here so here’s a REAL movie!! I had a great spa holiday this week with my mum, my aunt and my cousin and we got some much needed relaxation.’

Chanelle continued: ‘I didn’t put on any fake tan, I didn’t wear any makeup, I didn’t have hair extensions, I didn’t style my hair… I didn’t even shave my legs (it’s winter – that would be such a waste of a leg shave IYKYK!!!!) I had my wiggly bits out, I had my cellulite visible for all to see AND IT FEELS AMAZING!!!!!!
“There’s something so ‘liberating’ about not caring and still loving myself. Am I ready for the runway? No. Do I care? Absolutely not! Did I have the best time? Indeed I did. I haven’t posted in a while, so I wanted to start my insta 2024 with a wiggle (literally!).’
At the height of her fame in 2009, Chanelle weighed 18 pounds, barely ate and took laxatives to try to achieve a “WAG body.”
Yet the reality star underwent secret stomach surgery in 2020 after gaining 17 stone.
Chanelle lost nine stone and dropped from a size 18 to a size 10.
Her weight loss surgery left loose skin around her stomach, which also required her to undergo a tummy tuck during her body transformation.
Chanelle explained that her weight loss caused her breasts to become misshapen, making her look like she had “four breasts.”
During her tummy tuck, Chanelle revealed the secret health issues doctors discovered while she underwent the invasive procedure.
In an interview with Nieuw! magazine, she said: ‘They (surgeons) found a hernia during the operation, so they repaired it which caused a lot of pain.’
After tipping the scales at 17 stone, Chanelle explained that her weight loss had left her breasts deformed, making her look like she had ‘four boobs’.

Three years after her dramatic weight loss, the reality star revealed how much her self-confidence increased.
Chanelle added: ‘I’m a much nicer person since I lost the weight. I was just so sad all the time, or always in a mood. It got to the point where I didn’t want to go out anymore, so I just stayed home.
‘Every time someone asked me to do something, I made an excuse so I didn’t have to leave. I have lost part of my life and myself.’
In July, she shared some before and after photos of her weight loss on social media, adding that her surgery had “changed her life” and that she had “no regrets.”
She wrote on Instagram: ‘I’m getting so many DMs about my weight loss surgery. Was I nervous? Yes! But I did a lot of research beforehand.
‘Do I regret it? Not at all, it changed my life when I couldn’t do that on my own.
‘Is it easy? No, there is still a lot of work to be done, it is not a quick fix and it will forever change the way you eat/digest.’
She continued, “Is it for everyone? No. Nothing is actually for everyone. If you are seriously considering bariatric surgery, do your research. Exhausting other options. Talk to a professional who can give you medical advice.
‘Has it changed my life? Yes, it is and I am eternally grateful. In some ways it not only changed my life, but saved it.
‘It allowed me to live again. My WLS allowed me to experience things with my loved ones that I wouldn’t have been able to do before. It improved my mood, my health and my quality of life.
‘Ps – always seek medical advice from a bariatric professional. This is purely my experience as a patient.’
