Chanel West Coast and boyfriend Dom Fenison welcomed their first child into the world.

The Ridiculousness co-host took to her Instagram page on Wednesday to announce that she had given birth to a baby girl after “a few complications.”

Calling the experience “one of the most terrifying,” she also confessed that it was still the “most rewarding day of my life so far.”

Rounding out the Instagram post were a few images of flower bouquets that seemed to liven up her hospital room, including one that read, It’s a girl’ on top.
