Chad Johnson gives Shannon Sharpe hilarious tip for the bedroom after sex video streams live on his Instagram
Chad Johnson had some words of advice for Shannon Sharpe after his podcast co-host was humiliated on Instagram live on Wednesday.
The 56-year-old accidentally live streamed audio of himself performing sex acts on an unknown woman to his 3.2 million followers on the social media platform.
The former NFL tight end later admitted that his account was not hacked and that he himself had sex during the live video.
The confession came during an emergency episode of ‘Nightcap’, the podcast he shares with Johnson. Sharpe admitted he felt ‘ashamed’.
While the ESPN personality sounded remorseful about his actions in the bedroom, Johnson had tips for improvement.

“We have to work on your hips, but we have to work on your conditioning because you were breathing heavily,” the former wide receiver said.
“You shouldn’t breathe so heavily. So we need to work on your fitness. If you lift weights, you need to do cardio. First on the treadmill and then on the Stairmaster.”
The video went live on Instagram on Wednesday afternoon. No faces were visible, but a woman could be heard moaning and appearing to say Shannon’s name.
The Pro Football Hall of Famer initially claimed his account had been hacked and that his team was working “vigorously” to resolve it, but he later admitted on “Nightcap” that the accidental video was the result of his lack of technological knowledge.
“I threw my phone on the bed, did something,” Sharpe said. “I didn’t know about IG live. I’ve never turned on IG live, so I don’t know how it works, and all of a sudden my other phone goes off.”
He explained that a member of his team eventually managed to end the live video, while his marketing partner was able to alert him to the situation. Johnson said he had “73 missed calls” from people trying to contact him through the sex livestream, which had thousands of users tuning in.

“Of course I’m embarrassed. Someone who is extremely, extremely private and one of your most intimate details – the audio – gets out there for the whole world to hear, I’m embarrassed for a number of reasons,” Sharpe said.
“There are a lot of people who rely on Shannon to always be professional, and I always try to be professional, even when I’m behind closed doors. … I’m very disappointed in myself, not for the act. I think there are millions and billions of people of consenting age who participate in activities, but to have the audio out, I’m disappointed in myself. I’ve let a lot of people down.”
Sharpe said he will leave his phone in the car for any future intimate moments.
The former Denver Bronco also indicated he would like to use a flip phone again.
