Renowned accountant Anthony Bell has made millions in profit after selling the luxury Sydney mansion he bought from Larry Emdur in 2017.
Bell, 52, recently sold the property in the posh suburb of Dover Heights for a staggering $21 million, nearly double the $11.5 million he paid for it seven years ago.
The insane amount he got for the sale broke the record for the highest amount ever paid for a home in the affluent beachside suburb.
The extravagant property is set on a 1,000 m² plot and features beautiful architecture, stunning glass walls and a large outdoor pool.
A caveat on the property’s deed on Friday revealed how much money Bell received for the 100-foot-long oceanfront property.
Meanwhile, Bell is rumored to have purchased a luxury apartment in the nearby suburb of Rose Bay for $9,657,000 as an investment property, reports Real Estate.com.au.
In 2017, it was reported that Bell paid a record $11.5 million for Emdur’s former home.
It was by far the biggest deal ever for a house in the sought-after Sydney beachside suburb, home to many wealthy socialites.

Bell’s purchase surpasses the $9.5 million that South African tech investor Kevin Bermeister and his wife Beverley paid for a similar mansion in 2014.
Real estate experts called it an offer “too good to refuse,” despite the eight-figure asking price that eventually emerged in public documents.
Emdur, a close friend of Mr Bell, made a tidy profit of $4.7 million in just six years after purchasing the ocean-view home for $6.8 million in 2011.
He and his wife Sylvie enjoyed a dramatic change of scenery when they moved into a $3 million apartment in The Rocks, a converted Cadbury depot that was listed as a Grade II* listed building.

This isn’t the first time Bell has chosen one of his famous friends to help close a real estate deal.
The millionaire financier made an offer on Emdur’s behalf for a Bellevue Hill condo in June 2017, but was unsuccessful after being outbid when the home sold for about $1 million more than expected.
Bell sold his Bondi Beach bachelor pad to cricketer Michael Clarke for $6 million in 2009.
