Celebrate Sega Dreamcast’s 25th Anniversary with New Must-Have Merchandise from Limited Run

Limited Run has just opened pre-orders for a new lineup of hot Dreamcast merchandisewhich thoughtfully debuted on September 9, the 25th anniversary of the U.S. launch of Sega’s last console (i.e., “9/9/99,” as the commercials would famously note). The best thing I can say about the merchandise is that it looks like stuff that would have launched alongside the Dreamcast in the ’90s — and instead of having to dig through eBay junk to find used wares, you can pre-order these items now with little effort. As is the case with most collectibles, you’ll need to wait for your shipment to arrive; Limited Run plans to ship in March 2025 (it’ll be here before you know it).

There are countless ways to indulge your Dreamcast obsession with this set, which I’ll list below. Thankfully, the merch gets a little weird (there’s an entire Trading Card set!), befitting an equally quirky console. Just keep in mind that while shipping estimates are still a ways off, pre-orders will no longer be accepted after the sun sets on October 13th.
