Travis Kelce may be sidelined for the Chiefs’ final preseason game, but that hasn’t stopped speculation that the NFL star would rather attend the DNC.
Ahead of the final night of the four-day Democratic National Convention in Chicago on Thursday, CBS’s Gayle King said she was “told” that Travis, 34, wanted to attend the political event.
“We haven’t been able to confirm the Beyonce/Taylor Swift rumors yet, and they’re rampant out there, I can tell you that,” a fellow CBS anchor said during the first live broadcast.
“Well, you know, I find the Taylor Swift rumors interesting because a couple days ago I heard that Travis Kelce also reached out to the Harris campaign when it was first announced and said he wanted to be there that night. [Kamala] “He spoke,” the king replied. “We will see if that is true.”
