Actress Caylee Cowan is venturing into the fashion world — and even A-lister Jennifer Lopez has gotten a taste of it.
Cowan, who has been in a relationship with Casey Affleck, 49, since 2021, has launched her own clothing line in collaboration with Mahila of Tolani Collection to create a capsule collection full of beautifully designed and unique dresses.
The brand, which has a creative director Alka Tolani at the helm, has been worn by stars such as Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Selena Gomez.
The 26-year-old designed a mix of dresses in different lengths, silhouettes and patterns for her Caylee Cowan x Mahila line, telling DailyMail.com it’s a mix of “modesty and comfort.”
“All dresses can be short or long, and none are too chic,” Cowan told FEMAIL in a new interview.

“You can just wear them on holiday and still feel smartly dressed without it being too over the top,” she explains.
The Frank and Penelope star even gave a few dresses from the collection to JLo for her birthday in July, before the singer officially filed for divorce from actor Ben Affleck, 52, the brother of Cowan’s boyfriend Casey.
To create the stunning collection, Cowan was asked about her favourite looks, and she admitted to DailyMail.com that she only started discovering her sense of style later in life.
She explained that as a child she didn’t have much money to spend on clothes and she mostly wore second-hand or thrift store clothes.
It wasn’t until she was in her twenties that she discovered what she liked to wear, when she had more money and resources as an actress.
In fact, she draws much of her style inspiration from the characters she has played in various roles.
“It’s always really fun to look at a character and ask yourself, where are they in their socio-economic class and where are they at?” Cowan told DailyMail.com.
“How can I create this character with that?” she continued.
“It’s something you can literally wear on vacation and still feel like you’re dressed up, without it being too over the top,” she explained of her new line

Cowan, seen here with boyfriend Casey Affleck, revealed she also worked with a stylist, Alex Shera, who she credits as a huge part of her fashion journey.
In her twenties, she discovered what the star liked to wear, at the same time that she had more money and resources as a working actress.
Cowan revealed that she also worked with a stylist, Alex Sherawhich she considers an important part of her fashion career.
Cowan likes to draw inspiration from top designers like Chanel and Dior when creating her looks for the red carpet and beyond.
“I really love the elegance of Chanel,” she said. “I’ve always admired the chicness and comfort of Parisian designers, even Dior.”
On her Instagram page, the star has been spotted carrying Chanel bags, including one of her most recent postswhere she held one of their elegant little black flap bags.
“I learned more about fashion from going to these shows and everything that goes with it,” the Willy’s Wonderland actress added.
Cowan is also a big fan of the style of model Bella Hadid, who coincidentally has previously walked for the Parisian designer.
“She’s amazing, who doesn’t get their fashion inspiration from Bella Hadid?” she joked.
But when it comes to dressing for the red carpet with her boyfriend Affleck, she has a slightly different philosophy.
“We love Carolina and Brunello Cucinelli,” Cowan said of the fashion icons, who designed her dress for the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscars party, above
Cowan is currently filming the psychological thriller Mother and Me in Salt Lake City, Utah, alongside her co-star Brady Noon
Cowan also told DailyMail.com that she looks to Bella Hadid for fashion inspiration, as well as designers like Chanel and Dior
“When we need carpets and things like that, we usually do it together, so we like to be dressed by the same designer,” says Cowan.
“We will definitely think as a duo, we will direct each other,” she said.
They also don’t mind swapping Parisian designers for Italian ones when they’re together.
“We love Carolina and Brunello Cucinelli,” Cowan said of the fashion icons, who designed her dress for the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscars party.
Before the event, She wore an elegant black velvet dress with intricate silver beading along the bust, next to Affleck, who wore a matching black tuxedo.
“It was the first time they dressed a woman like that, and Carolina made it custom for me on the spot,” Cowan said of the dress.
“They love clothes and treat them with love and respect, and that’s what I love about them,” the star said of Cucinelli.
And with red carpet season upon us, there will be plenty more of Cowan’s style to enjoy for everyone to see.
