Casualty star Charles Venn, 51, puts on a cosy display with EastEnders’ Danielle Harold, 32, as they head to the TRIC Awards

Casualty star Charles Venn was spotted in the middle of a cozy get-together with EastEnders actress Danielle Harold as they headed to the TRIC Awards on Tuesday.

The actor, 51, was pictured with an arm around the former soap star as they arrived for the star-studded event at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.

Danielle showed off her incredible figure in a tight olive green midi dress and peep-toe boots with chunky heels as she made her entrance to the red carpet.

The shining star was spotted linking up with Charles, who showed off his hip sense of style in a smart all-black suit.

The actor was pictured with an arm around the former soap star as they arrived for the star-studded event at London’s Grosvenor Hotel.

Charles has starred as Jacob Masters in Casualty since 2015, while Danielle said goodbye to EastEnders in 2023 after her character Lola Pearce lost her battle with a terminal brain tumor.

When Charles competed on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, he confirmed he was a ‘happily married man’ after being asked about his chemistry with dance partner Karen Hauer.

He told The Sun at the time: ‘I’m a very happily married man. I’ve been married for a few years now.

‘I think the whole Strictly curse is funny. I don’t really believe in the hocus pocus, it’s nonsense.’

He added: “Me and my wife are very happy at the moment. She’s looking forward to it; she did dances with me.’

In October 2022, Danielle also sparked romance rumors with her EastEnders co-star Bobby Brazier after they were pictured in a cozy display at the National Television Awards.

The Strictly Come Dancing star arrived with his co-star Danielle as they partied the night away – with the young actor planting a kiss on her head as they giggled and headed inside.

Walking in with Danielle, who plays Lola Pearce in the soap, the pair wrapped their arms around each other as Bobby jokingly held her face. He was also seen giving a mystery brunette a hug on the dance floor.

A partygoer told me The sun: ‘Bobby lived his best life at the NTA’s and really went for it.’

They went on to say that he was “close” to Danielle when they arrived, describing the actor as a “true gentleman” to the star.

‘Danielle ended up going home after the ceremony ended and Bobby moved to the after party where he caught the eye of a brunette woman.

“They started making out on the dance floor in front of everyone – he didn’t care who could see him,” the source explained.

Danielle later dismissed the rumors, insisting that the “sweet” Bobby had only helped her when she had trouble walking in her high heels.
