Four accused killers will plead not guilty to the murder of native teenager Cassius Turvey, who was reportedly beaten to death on his way home from school

Four people charged with fatally assaulting 15-year-old Cassius Turvey as he walked home from school have been brought to justice.
Jack Brearley, 22, Aleesha Gilmore, 21, Mitchell Colin Forth, 25, and Brodie Lee Palmer, 28, appeared via video link at Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court in Western Australia on Wednesday.
All pleaded not guilty in the death of the Noongar Yamatji boy in the eastern Perth suburb of Middle Swan last October.
Cassius was reportedly beaten as he walked home with friends on October 13 and died in hospital 10 days later.

The group, with the exception of Mr Palmer, also pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping and torture of another 15-year-old boy, who was not Cassius, in a separate incident in the days leading up to October 13.
Mr. Palmer is not accused of being involved in this incident.
All four have been remanded in custody until their first Supreme Court appearance on July 31.
