Cassie Ventura’s husband Alex Fine has broken his silence after a video showed the star being brutally beaten by her ex Diddy in 2016.

Cassie was seen with multiple bruises just two days after she was brutally beaten by her Combs in an attack that was caught on video.

Images unearthed by DailyMail.com show Cassie in two separate outfits that night, with what appears to be several bruises visible on her body.

The gruesome video, obtained by CNNshows the shirtless rapper with a towel wrapped around his waist as he chases Cassie down the hallway of the InterContinental Hotel in Century City.

When she tried to get into an elevator, he grabbed her by the back of the head and knocked her to the ground.

He then kicked her as she lay motionless on the ground, before grabbing the two designer bags she had tried to escape with.

Diddy stood over her, kicked her again and then dragged her by the hoodie back to their room. In a statement to DailyMail.com today, Cassie’s lawyer Douglas Wigdor said: ‘The heartbreaking video has only further cemented Mr. Combs’ disturbing and predatory behavior.

“Words cannot express the courage and determination Ms. Ventura has shown in coming forward to expose this.”

Cassie sued Combs last year for rape and a series of other offenses.

They settled out of court in November for an undisclosed amount.

In her suit, Cassie recalled an incident similar to the one captured on security footage at the LA hotel.

“He grabbed her, then grabbed glass vases in the hallway and threw them at her, shattering the glass around them as she ran to the elevator to escape.”

Cassie said in the suit that she eventually managed to escape Diddy and go to her own apartment, but out of fear of the rapper decided to return to the hotel.
