Casey Donovan reveals the daily diet and exercise regimen she follows to achieve her incredible weight loss – after falling under 100 pounds for the first time in her adult life

Casey Donovan shared the daily meal and exercise plan that contributed to her successful weight loss.

In an Instagram Stories post on Friday, the 35-year-old shared her morning routine, which includes time on a reformer Pilates machine.

She then posted her meal prep and breakfast, which included a number of supplements, including calcium, vitamin D, and turmeric.

For breakfast she had Vegemite toast and cherry tomatoes, as well as a bowl of bananas with cinnamon.

Her meal preparation consisted of Asian-style mixed vegetables stir-fried with sesame oil and soy sauce.

Casey recently posted a week to her Jenny Craig meals.

The singer’s menu includes a breakfast of banana bread, whole-wheat toast and fruit, or Nutri-Grain cereal, two slices of whole-wheat toast and 1/2 cup of baked beans.

She also has the option of an oat and apricot bar, an English muffin, fruit, and a boiled or poached egg.

One serving of dairy products is added to each breakfast, in the form of milk or yoghurt.

As a snack, she can choose from a dairy product, fruit, nuts, half an English muffin and ricotta.

Lunch menu items include ham and cheese toast or pasta with pesto, along with whole-wheat bread, meat, and salad.

The diet is clearly flexible, as on some days Casey has replaced pumpkin soup with a burrito, roasted veggies for a pork bun, and spaghetti bolognese for a frittata.

Dinner selections range from a beef patty with a side of vegetables and bread, to vegetarian tikka masala or roast chicken and vegetables.

Casey also varied up some of her dinners, choosing a chicken curry instead of Thai fish cakes and a satay dish instead of cannelloni.

“Eight shows a week can be a pretty go go go sometimes… The one thing I love is being able to fit my @jennycraigausnz meals in every day!” she wrote in her caption.

“I prepare my vegetables and/or salads at home and take my Jenny Craig meals and simply heat them up before, between and after the shows. It’s ridiculously easy!’
