Carrie Bickmore hilariously reveals on The Project that she left her bra in Peter Helliar’s wife Bridget’s car

Peter Helliar held his final episode of The Project on Wednesday.

And his former co-host Carrie Bickmore appeared in a prerecorded video to wish the comedian well and reminisce about some of their fun times together.

At one point, Carrie even admitted to leaving her bra inside Helliar’s wife Bridget’s car.

He started the video gushing about how much fun Pete was as his co-host.

“If you’ve seen me laugh over the years, in the middle of a news read or in the middle of a segment, it’s usually Pete’s fault,” he said.

“I look forward to many dinners with you and Bridge in the future,” he continued.

Last month, the comedian sensationally announced that he would be leaving the Channel 10 current affairs show following the departure of Bickmore and Lisa Wilkinson.

‘Carrie, you recently said that you’re glad to be leaving The Project while you still love it and I still love the show. I really do,’ she explained during her parting announcement.

Peter also said he’s excited to move into “new areas” in the New Year and didn’t want to be “a creator who leaves meetings to go to another meeting.”

The Project will return in 2023 with a revamped lineup that includes Sarah Harris, who will co-host alongside Waleed Aly.
