Just one day after revealing to Ny Breaking that she had recently undergone a facelift that left her looking like she had “been in a car accident,” her husband Sergio Carrallo shared a new video detailing her healing and recovery process.
Carrallo, 29, and Stanbury, 47, shared a new video together on Thursday, revealing what the Ladies of London star and close friend of Prince Andrew looked like after the botched facelift.
The former Real Madrid star broke down in tears in the video, as he unintentionally captured his reaction when he first saw her.
‘This was probably one of the most difficult moments of my life. To see the person you love with all your heart suffer and be in pain… it was very hard,” Carrallo said in the caption of his Instagram post.
“As a husband, I will always support her and be there for her, and as much as I was against it, she really wanted to do it,” he added.

‘So I was there for her and supported her and helped her day in and day out. I am very proud of you and when I see how happy you are with the result, it makes me very happy. You look absolutely beautiful @carolinestanbury, the only problem, now…I’m the oldest in the relationship!!” Carrallo joked.
He concluded by thanking plastic surgeon Dr. Steve S. Kim of Beverly Hills, ‘for the best care of my wife. Great job!’
The video begins with Carrallo waiting in the car on the day of the surgery, as he reveals that she was under the knife for four hours, adding in the video caption that they “didn’t allow me to go in with her,” adding that he was, “just waiting, very stressed.”
He added in the video that he got her flowers, a card and her “favorite Hailey Bieber smoothie” from Erewhon.
The next part of the video shows him from his phone walking into the recovery room, showing his reaction when he saw her after the botched facelift.
