Olly Murs and Louise Redknapp will lead the stars playing at Flackstock festival 2023 in tribute to their late friend Caroline Flack.

Caroline tragically took her own life on February 15, 2020 at the age of 40.

The festival is back for a second year with a host of celebrities joining forces to raise money for four charities close to Caroline’s heart.

Among the acts playing at Englefield House, Berkshire, on July 24 are Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Jason Manford and The Feeling.

Dean Matrona and JP Cooper will also perform at the festival in memory of Caroline.

There will be stage performances on the day come from Matt Richardson, Charlie Mackesy and BBC Strictly dancer Janette Manrara and Aljaz Škorjanec.

Throughout the day there will be celebrity DJ sets from All Saints star Mel Blatt, Denise Van Outen and Steve Proud.

Olly, 39, had a close friendship with the presenter after they co-presented The Xtra Factor.

The singer previously rrevealed that he tried to meet Caroline shortly before her death, but was unsuccessful, but she never showed up, and is “always” on his mind.

Louise, 48, became close friends with Caroline after reaching out to her when she was going through a tough time following the breakup of her 19-year marriage to Jamie Redknapp in 2017.

After raising an extraordinary £325,000 in 2022, the money raised from Flackstock 2023 will once again be split equally between Choose Love, Mind, Samaritans and Charlie Waller Trust.

The event will take place in the grounds of Englefield House following the summer concerts as part of Heritage Live on the site presented by Giles Cooper Entertainment.

Caroline’s mum Christine told MailOnline: ‘Last year was bigger and more successful than we could have ever imagined, so we’re thrilled to have the festival back for a second time.

“Raising so much money for these brilliant charities was exactly what we had hoped for: a legacy for my Caroline. As I’ve said before, Carrie was never more herself and happier than at a music festival with her sister and her friends.

‘It’s just incredible to have the support of these outstanding acts for the second time and it’s going to be a day not to be missed.

A big thank you to everyone involved for all their hard work – Giles Cooper Entertainment and Englefield House, Live Nation and all the brilliant sponsors.

“My family is so proud that so many people who knew Carrie loved her so much. And celebrating her life and once again raising money for the charities will be a fantastic event for all of us. We hope you can join us.’
