Carol Vorderman showed off her incredible figure in a red cropped sports top and matching leggings as she shared a throwback video of her doing yoga.

The maths expert, 62, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the clip of herself working out in South Africa before taking part in I’m A Celebrity All Stars, which airs April 24.

She showed off her toned abs in the figure hugging two parts that she paired with a pair of coordinated sneakers.

Carol let go of her long blonde locks as she performed a series of yoga moves outside on a balcony in front of a circular hot tub.

In one clip, she was seen spinning before holding a downward dog position and kicking her feet on the mat.

The TV personality got back up to reach her toes before laying down and completing the double leg lowers.

She wrote, “YOGA… SEPTEMBER 2022 @imacelebrity. As you know by now, I love sports and it was great to have a lot of time during isolation to work on my fitness…

‘I loved doing my yoga and weights in the fresh South African air with all the wildlife around me’.

Before entering the jungle for a second time, Carol admitted that her biggest challenge was “walking the plank” during her stint in 2016, so it could be scary.

The series kicks off on Monday 24 April and will be broadcast on weekdays for three weeks, with the final week clashing with the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest on Tuesday 9 and Thursday 11 May.

It comes as Carol describes a monkey attack and revealed she took part in “bikini trials” during her isolation period prior to filming for I’m A Celebrity South Africa.

A new trailer released last week showed Vorderman and Helen Flanagan about to face terrifying trials, with the Countdown host in particular facing a bungy jump.

But before she got stuck in the jungle life, Carol has revealed that the period of isolation before joining her campmates was just as overwhelming.

Carol took to her social media profiles on Monday morning and detailed, “I am a celebrity… South Africa starts a week today.

“Well, it was recorded, as you know, at the end of last year. And all the camp mates, I am one of them, had to go into isolation for a week before entering the camp.

‘So in the last week leading up to the first program coming out on ITV, you’re going to experience that isolation with me!

“The monkey attacks, the hippos, the sports, the bikini experiments, everything. You and me together, stay with me.’

She captioned the post, “I take you to see how I spent my week before going to camp last September. I’m going to show you my trip to South Africa and how I spent my week in seclusion, with an onslaught of monkeys, mating calls from hippos, lots of exercise and beautiful sunsets.

“I can’t wait to share it all with you and take you for this week before going to Camp Xx.”
