Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz demonstrated his reactions by quickly recovering the gold trophy after dropping it during a live television interview.
Alcaraz was shown on American broadcasting CNN after his five-set victory over Novak Djokovic in the men’s singles final on Sunday.
The 20-year-old Spaniard did the interview next to the gold Wimbledon trophy.
Alcaraz was asked by the CNN presenters if he could hold the trophy at the end of the interview.
The trophy slipped from Alcaraz’s grasp, prompting him to laugh nervously as he recovered his prize.

Alcaraz posted a series of laughing emojis on Twitter after a clip of the incident was uploaded on social media.
The Spanish version of the Wimbledon trophy appeared to escape the damage of Alcaraz’s accident.
Winners of the singles titles at the All England Club have the official trophies just a short period after winning on Center Court.
Players are required to return the trophies after the presentations and photos after winning the title.
Champions then receive replicas, approximately three-quarters the size of the official trophies, which remain permanently in SW19 at the Wimbledon Museum.

Alcaraz had described his victory over Djokovic at the All England Club as the greatest moment of his life.
“Writing history like I did today is the happiest moment of my life,” said Alcaraz, also the reigning US Open champion.
“I don’t think it will change for a long time.
“Beating Novak, winning Wimbledon is something I’ve dreamed of since I started playing tennis.
“That’s why this is the greatest moment of my life.”
