Melbourne man fights for life after vicious carjacking and stabbing – with two women arrested

A man has been rushed to hospital after he was stabbed by two women during a violent carjacking in Melbourne’s south-east on Sunday evening.

The attack took place near a shopping street on Lurline Street in Cranbourne, where the man was attacked by two women.

Earlier that evening, around 9:40 p.m., the same two women reportedly attempted a carjacking on nearby Sladen Street, but were unsuccessful.

The pair allegedly approached the man, stabbed him and stole his vehicle, then drove it to Pakenham where they were arrested.
