Cardi B wears a ’70s hairstyle and elegant turquoise dress on her way to a taping of Watch What Happens Live in New York City
Cardi B took a trip back in time on Monday with her 1970s-inspired outfit in New York City on her way to her appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
The 30-year-old Jealousy singer wore her hair in a striking Afro style and showed off her ample cleavage in a figure-hugging turquoise dress.
She chose to team her striking ensemble with a pair of chandelier earrings and a silver bracelet.
While waving to onlookers, the Washington Heights native showed off her latest long manicure — this time in a shade of blue that matched her outfit.
The dress itself featured several subtle cutouts strategically placed around Cardi’s hourglass figure.

Tattooed and fabulous: the turquoise dress only had thin straps, so Cardi’s tattoos were also fully visible
After recently releasing her latest single — a duet with Megan Thee Stallion titled Bongos — Cardi appears to be in high gear promoting her upcoming self-titled sophomore album.
She confirmed this during a recent performance on Ebro in the morning that her long-awaited sequel to 2018’s Invasion of Privacy will be released sometime next year.
“I should start talking about the album now, because I’m going to release it very soon,” the outspoken rapper said on the radio program.
The WAP denied speculation that she had moved the release date to next year because Taylor Swift’s 1989 (Taylor’s Version) came out in October, saying: “I didn’t even think about it that way – for this album I’m just holding it because I have it feeling like I’m missing a few things.’
She also joked about the Whoo’s House podcast that she didn’t want anything to do with work in October since it was her birthday month.
‘I actually don’t want anything to come out in October. October is my month. I don’t want anything related to my work in October,” the Drip rapper stated.
The curvaceous singer and songwriter also has a big performance planned.
Cardi and Megan will perform Bongos live at the MTV Music Awards tomorrow night at 7:30 PM ET.
The A-list rap duo also recently released a racy music video for Bongos, which drove fans wild with the pair’s subtle nod to Beyonce in the visual accompaniment to their first hit duet together since WAP.

Even as her star continues to rise, the raven-haired beauty also praised her fellow female rap artists in signature Cardi B fashion during an interview on Audacity check-in.
The business mogul said: ‘It’s not that I’m a ‘girly girl’, I’m just a girl. I’m definitely going to gravitate more towards girl music,” she explained when asked why she enjoyed collaborating with other female rap artists.
She added, “So when I do a song with these girls it’s because I really like your songs. If I like your music and your sound, let’s do something together.’
Cardi added that she appreciated that none of her female rap artists sound alike at the moment: “That’s the good thing about it.”
