Cardi B is never one to keep quiet, and she had some sharp remarks after a video emerged of the Dalai Lama asking a very young boy to suck his tongue.
The video showed the 87-year-old religious leader at a public event where a boy asked him to hug him, then asked the boy to suck his tongue.
The 30-year-old rapper (born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar) tweeted Monday, “This world is full of predators. They prey on the innocent. The most ignorant, our children.’
The tweet continued, “Predators can be our neighbors, our teachers, even people with money, power and our churches. Constantly talk to your kids about boundaries and what not to allow people to do to them.”
While the Dalai Lama later apologized, Cardi B was criticized by some for being the “wrong messenger” as she previously admitted to drugging and robbing men when she worked as a stripper.

One fan said she should reconsider her wording of her previous tweet, though Cardi disagreed.
“I don’t have to mind my words..I know exactly what I mean from the moment you start potty training your kids, tell them DO NOT let anyone touch your genitals, go with you to the bathroom, and don’t keep any secrets from mom… You took one word to try and make a debate… DRINK YOUR COFFEE,” she tweeted.
She also called out a fan who followed and DMed her multiple times, but called her a “predator” in the comments and shared screenshots of the fan’s DMs.
The rapper later tweeted, “I need to get off the internet… it’s insane!!! I get dragged up and down for telling parents to be careful of people who prey on children… it’s madness.”
She also called out those who brought up her past from the strip club, claiming she was a “predator” herself.
“How do you bring up a situation from my past when ADULT DRUNK MEN tried to take advantage of me and try to finesse me out of my body because I said to protect your children from predators?” Cardi started.
“For example, do you want them to be hunted or something? PROTECT OUR CHILDREN and let them know that no one should touch their genitals,” she added.
‘Don’t let anyone kiss them in their mouth. And always feel comfortable letting mom and dad know what’s happening. If you find a problem with that, I’m looking at you,” Cardi concluded.

She also took to Instagram Live to defend herself once again, saying, “So I posted my tweet and now people want to come at me like you’re the wrong messenger. You rob and drug men.’
“Listen, listen, listen, you guys aren’t going to keep doing this because when it comes to weird predators and rapists and pedophiles and predators and shit, ‘I’m really like… I don’t know don’t play that. I really don’t play that shit,” she added.
“For all of you to say I’m some predator or I’m some weird b***h because n****sp****y wanted to buy from me and a lot of you are like: “These are vulnerable men that you took advantage of”, these were not vulnerable men. These are a couple of freak-a** n****s who like to go to the strip club, like to get drunk and after the f***ing club closes they try to take advantage of b****es. No n*****, I’m going to go through those damn bags,” she explained.
She explained that she had not touched their bodies or their genitals and said that robbing and raping are two different things.
“Don’t call me a rapist, don’t call me a predator, don’t play with my name like that, because I don’t play that s*t*t,” she added.
“Because of that tweet, people are talking, ‘Oh, you’re the wrong messenger.’ How am I the wrong messenger b***h? I’m the right messenger because I’m an asshole,” she added, before hinting at past abuse.
‘I’m fucking mom. I am a woman. And I am a girl who was abused my body as a teenager. I’m not talking about that because that’s another story for another time… “We all need to be more careful with you kids, you’re fucking sick and it makes me feel like you’re probably predators,” she concluded.
She later took to Twitter and said, “Wow, all this support I’m getting at the same time is beautiful. It was deep in my heart to talk about this because me and my boyfriend were talking last night and then the Dalai Lama thing happened this morning… Thank you all.. I just have to realize that the people attacking me are just projecting.”
