Alfred recently posted the CHROME X UNIT wig in an Instagram video to music by Cardi’s old rival Nicki Minaj.

Cardi is famously candid about her extensive use of plastic surgery, including the surgery she underwent last August to remove the biopolymers from her behind.

‘I had surgery in August and removed 95% of my biopolymers…if you don’t know what it is, it’s a ** shot. It was a very crazy process,” she said in December.
