The Los Angeles Fire Department has labeled the official cause of Cara Delevingne’s house fire as “undetermined” in late March.

Investigators have been unable to identify exactly how the 31-year-old model’s $7 million mansion came to be set on fire. TMZ. Her parents had previously pointed out an electrical problem.

Despite weeks of investigation by the arson squad, the extensive damage made it difficult to determine the cause and the case is now officially closed.

However, the referees made it clear that there were no signs of foul play.

The American Horror Story star initially took to her Instagram page to reveal news of the devastating incident, believing at the time that her two cats had died in the flames.

‘My heart is broken today. I can not believe it. Life can change in an instant. So cherish what you have,” she wrote.

When Cara found out her pets had been rescued, she shared an update, writing, “They’re still alive!! Thank you to the firefighters.”

The regular trackman emphasized: ‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the firefighters and people who came to help.’

Cara was in London at the time of the fire for her role in the musical Cabaret.

Firefighters rushed to the scene after a 911 call was made around 3:57 a.m. PST on March 15.

The Studio City mansion was engulfed by flames that spread to the attic, causing serious damage to the sprawling property.

A total of 94 firefighters showed up to battle the blaze, arriving in 13 different fire trucks.

The inferno started at the back of the building and images showed that entire parts of the roof had collapsed.

Cara’s parents Pandora and Charles were approached by media outside the Kit Kat Club at the Playhouse Theater in London shortly after the ordeal, ahead of one of their daughter’s performances.

When asked what caused the fire, her father said it was “electrical.”

He also said “something fell on a power line” during “very windy” weather in the area.

One person staying at Cara’s home was reportedly treated for smoke inhalation.
