EDEN CONFIDENTIAL: Cara Delevingne’s girlfriend is bowled over by supermodel’s star performance in Cabaret – as she says it’s as if she was born to play Sally Bowles

Cara Delevingne made her West End stage debut in Cabaret on Thursday, but her friend, musician Leah Mason, says the top model was always destined to tread the boards.

“Cara doesn’t get nervous,” says Leah, who performs under the stage name Minke, at the gala evening at the Kit Kat Club in London. “She’s a professional.”

The daughter of property developer Cara, 31, met her girlfriend, also 31, at Bedales boarding school 20 years ago and started going out with her in 2022 after they met again at a party.

“She has always acted and sang since school, and has been doing it for years,” Leah adds. “She was born to play Sally Bowles.”

Cara, whose godmother is Dame Joan Collins, was joined at the gala night by friends including Peaky Blinders star Anya Taylor-Joy and Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

Hirst’s muse pouts for charity photos

The former ballerina has made another artist enthusiastic. Damien Hirst pictured with his girlfriend Sophie Cannell

Damien Hirst immortalized his love for pregnant girlfriend Sophie Cannell when he created a sculpture based on her body, inspired by stories from Greek mythology, as one of four works for Mayfair restaurant Bacchanalia. Now the former ballerina has turned on another artist.

I hear Rankin, the photographer who captured the late Queen and King Charles, has used Sophie as a muse in his latest work for a charity exhibition.

The striking image is a close-up of her lips, painted with glossy red lipstick, as she bites the thorny stem of a rose.

“The secret is out,” Rankin says. ‘Huge thanks to Sophie for taking part in the shoot.’

Is this proof that Norwegian fiancée Durek Verrett’s Princess Martha Louise will be a royal role model?

The 49-year-old ‘shaman’, known as Hollywood’s hottest guru, worked his magic on the catwalk at Los Angeles Fashion Week.

“I closed the show and it was nice to walk the catwalk again,” says Durek, who strutted his stuff (right) for US brand Tell The Truth, in a £965 turquoise snakeskin jacket with matching trousers.

Durek, a self-proclaimed “global ambassador of love” who boasts of contacting aliens, will exchange vows with the princess, a second cousin once removed of our late queen, in August.

Why Ant can’t match Dec’s millions

I hear Dec has over £30 million in the company he uses to channel his income

He and his sidekick, Ant McPartlin, are King Charles’ favorite television presenters, and now Declan Donnelly’s wealth is reaching royal proportions.

I hear Dec has over £30 million in the company he uses to channel his income. Deecourt Ltd’s accounts, published on Thursday, show it had net assets of £31.1 million in 2023, an increase of £1.8 million on the previous year.

Donnelly, 48, is now much richer than McPartlin, even though they have always been paid the same by ITV for shows such as Britain’s Got Talent, I’m A Celebrity… and Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.

That’s because Ant had to pay £31 million to his first wife, Lisa Armstrong, when they divorced in 2018 after 12 years of marriage.

Tony Blackburn’s admission this week that he had not read his own ghostwritten autobiography, in which he claimed to have slept with more than 500 women before settling down, surprised fellow veteran DJ, ‘Diddy’ David Hamilton, 85.

Diddy is completing work on his own life story, which will be released in a few months to mark his 65th anniversary with the broadcaster.

“I wrote every word of it,” he assures me. “There will be sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll.”

But will he be able to compete with Blackburn’s number of lovers? ‘I’m not someone who has to keep count. A gentleman never tells.’

Black top tycoon joins William’s charity Earthsot

Ric Lewis, 61, (pictured) runs ‘the only black-owned private equity fund in London’

Before Prince William went on holiday to Norfolk with Catherine and their children, he made an important appointment. I hear the heir apparent has appointed Ric Lewis as director of his Earthshot Prize charity.

Lewis, 61, runs “the only black-owned private equity fund in London”. He is one of Britain’s most prominent black achievers and in 2019 was ranked number one in the Powerlist, an annual list of the country’s influential people of African or Afro-Caribbean descent.

“William won’t make a song and dance about it, but this appointment reflects his determination to promote diversity,” a friend tells me.

Lewis, the founder of Tristan Capital Partners, noted in 2019 that, unlike his white contemporaries, he was not invited to join company boards. He said: ‘I’ve been CEO on two continents, I’ve founded three companies, I’ve led billions of capital – £12 billion here and £20 billion in my last company, all starting from scratch, and I don’t understand it. asks for governance here.’
