Wild moment wife crashes car while allegedly chasing her husband’s mistress
A woman has been charged after allegedly chasing her estranged husband’s new girlfriend before crashing her car during a wild late-night chase.
Police allege a woman, 37, driving a black Mercedes SUV was followed by another woman, 31, in a black sedan in Sydney’s south-west on Monday evening.
The Mercedes SUV driver stopped in Campsie to check a text message.
Her boyfriend’s ex-wife, Rachel Liu, then reportedly approached the vehicle, tried to get in and then punched the window.
The girlfriend drove away and was reportedly followed for four kilometers by Lui, rear-ending the Mercedes several times on Hamilton Avenue in Earlwood.
CCTV footage showed Liu’s sedan following the Mercedes before turning around and losing control of the vehicle.

The Mercedes driver was unhurt and went to Kogarah police station a short time later to report the alleged incident.
Locals claimed that Liu’s estranged husband later arrived at the scene.
