Vladimir Putin’s top TV propagandist has called on Russia to attack London in a tirade against Western nations and their support for Ukraine.
Vladimir Solovyov, who hosts programs on the state channel Russia-1, regularly unleashes verbal tirades about how Russia should wipe out its enemies with nuclear strikes.
His monologues have grown increasingly aggressive since the Russian president launched the February 2022 invasion of Ukraine, advocating that Moscow sanction attacks on the West while Putin’s forces continue to fight.
In his latest tirade, Solovyov addressed the possibility of the British government sending fighter jets to Ukraine. kyiv has pleaded with Western nations for fighter jets amid reports that Russia is planning a new attack to take over the country.
Can’t we finally attack London? What is the problem?’ the presenter asked viewers about his program ‘Solovyov Live’, fragments of which have already been translated.
Vladimir Putin’s top TV propagandist Vladimir Solovyov (pictured) has again called on Russia to attack London in a spiel against Western nations and their support for Ukraine.
‘No, no, no, only on military targets,’ he continued, as if reacting to someone disagreeing with his suggestion. “Well, in Parliament too,” he added.
‘Well, they [Britain] they are going to give planes [to Ukraine] to attack deep into the territory of Russia,” he added, as if to justify attacking London.
Solovyov continued to take issue with the fact that Britain, along with almost all UN members, recognizes Crimea as part of Ukraine, and not Russia.
After an internationally unrecognized referendum held during the occupation of Crimea suggested that the peninsula supported being part of Russia, the Russian-backed Crimean parliament declared Ukraine’s independence.
Russia then illegally annexed the territory in 2014. The move was widely condemned by the international community at the time.
Solovyov said: ‘At the same time, they [Britain] slyly say: “No, well, we just do not recognize Crimea as Russia.” What about Kaliningrad? she asked rhetorically.
‘What do they want to tell us? That is, now you will determine what Russia is for you? It will not be determined by the people who live in Russia, not by a referendum, not by a vote, but will you determine what Russia is for us?
‘In that case we will not recognize it at all, for us there is no England at all. Without France. Without Germany.
“Instead, there are Nazi states united by hatred of everything Russian,” he said, repeating false Kremlin claims that Ukraine and its Western allies are run by Nazi governments. ‘
And then let’s get serious. Do you think there are no red lines?
Solovyov attacked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky over his recent visits to London, Paris and Brussels. (Pictured: Zelensky with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on February 8 outside Downing Street)
Solovyov specifically criticized the war leader for wearing his trademark khaki uniform, even though Solovyov presented his show in a camouflage suit not unlike Zelensky’s. (Pictured: Zelensky addressed British MPs at Westminster Hall on February 8)
‘Well. Well, let’s show them that there are no red lines anymore,’ she demanded.
‘Let’s go on strike! So that the first one would sound. For the Nazis to bite [Emmanuel] Macron to [Olaf] Scholz, of [German foreign minister Boris] Pistorius to Rishi Sunak, they would have their testicles squeezed and falling out of their ears in fear.
‘Maybe they’ll start to understand something,’ he said, ending the monologue.
Earlier in the broadcast, Solovyov again called for preemptive nuclear strikes against Ukraine’s allies for supplying kyiv with weapons.
He also attacked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky over his recent visits to London, Paris and Brussels. He specifically criticized the wartime leader for wearing his trademark khaki uniform, despite Solovyov presenting the show with him in a camouflage suit not unlike Zelensky’s.
However, his tirade was interrupted by technical problems, causing Solovyov to turn his fury on the studio technicians.
‘Why do we have to take it constantly? They are supplying tanks, they will give planes and missiles. Why don’t we sink it on approach? he asked, apparently criticizing Russia’s inaction on arms shipments to Ukraine.
‘Their ships are bringing Bradleys [tanks]why aren’t they being destroyed?
They are blowing up our gas pipelines, even their own press writes that the United States did it! And we say, “No, no, come on, these are red lines.”

‘Maybe that’s enough? Let’s change our doctrine by allowing a preemptive strike. Let’s do exercises. Exercises for strategic and tactical nuclear weapons…’
Reading the comments from his live broadcast, Solovyov stopped his threats to say that his viewers were telling him that the broadcast had been cut off.
They say our transmission has been lost. Guys, what’s going on? she asked the technicians.
‘Are we broadcasting on our Telegram channel? What is there to try if it is not there? What is there to try? It’s not there! What’s the deal with our technicians? Why do people write to me and you don’t see it?’, he said angrily.
‘Find out why you’re not streaming on Telegram! Is there an answer or not?
Despite Solovyov suggesting that Russia launch missile attacks against Russia, it was reported over the weekend that his 21-year-old son is working in the city.
According to Jason Jay Smart, a correspondent for the Kyiv Post, Daniil Solovyov works as a model in the British capital, where he also studied.
