Candice Warner reveals what really happened in the cubicle with Sonny Bill Williams
Candice Warner has maintained she didn’t have sex during her infamous “bathroom visit” with Sonny Bill Williams.
The WAG told The Sunday Project that the couple exchanged no more than a kiss before being photographed from the adjoining bathroom cubicle.
‘We kissed. We kissed in that booth and who knows what could have happened? Maybe things happened, I don’t know, and I’ll never know,” she said.
The 38-year-old says she regrets not stopping the photographer and deleting the photo.
“What I do know is that I probably could have held back that photo,” she said.

“I should have just picked up that phone and erased it. I shouldn’t have gone to the men’s room, but I can’t change that.’
When asked if she’s second-guessing her decision not to intervene, Candice replied, “I still do.” But I can’t change that.’
“It’s really real to me. It’s the pain I’ve inflicted on my family. It’s the ache and pain, it was so deep.’
Candice says she felt her treatment was “unfair” and reflected a “double standard.”
“Most women were treated that way. For men, it was high-fives and “tell me all the details,” but for women, we were pigeonholed to be a certain person or type of person,” she said.
The shocking incident, in which she was photographed in a compromising position with Sonny by a spy, caused a huge media frenzy. Sonny pictured on the left in 2006 and Candice pictured on the right in 2007
“It still amazes me to this day how I was forced to apologize for a pash I had – a drunken pash I had on a night out.”
Candice described over the weekend how her life was “ruined” when the encounter in the Clovelly Hotel bathroom was made public in 2007.

Candice went on to say she dreads explaining the deal to her young daughters when they are old enough.
“It’s so hard to put into words without breaking into tears because it was so painful. It still is,” she said.
